Featured AMA Micro-Internships

The American Marketing Association has developed a series of micro-internships specifically for its members. For professional members, each of these assignments was designed to provide immediate value on tasks and can easily be refined to meet your needs.

For student members, working on these micro-internships provide paid opportunities to learn about marketing roles, demonstrate your skills and build relationships.

What Are Micro-Internships?

Micro-internships are short-term, paid, professional assignments similar to those completed by new hires or summer interns. However, unlike traditional internships, micro-internships can take place year-round and typically range from five to 40 hours of work. These projects are typically due between one week and one month after kick-off. Micro-internships let AMA professional members to gain immediate support on assignments while building their brand on campus.  For AMA student members, they provide opportunities to demonstrate skills, explore career paths and build their networks as they seek the right full-time role.

Micro-internships are facilitated via the Parker Dewey platform, which connects career launchers with companies in need of support.
