Learn about Penn State Bellisario College of Communication's innovative new program to connect students with professional development opportunities.

The Penn State Bellisario College of Communications is excited to announce a new way where our community of businesses can connect with our highly-motivated students and recent grads.  Micro-Internships are short-term, paid professional projects designed to serve as a bridge to future employment opportunities.

Parker Dewey is our partner in this effort to connect our students/grads with these opportunities.  Please join Jeffrey Moss, Parker Dewey's Founder/CEO, to hear:

  • an overview on how Micro-Internships work,
  • examples of the types of projects students can complete, and
  • how these short-term projects create equitable access to professional careers in our community.

Whether you're in need of on-demand project support, looking for a scalable win-win to connect with students from underrepresented backgrounds, or looking for ways to get work done with an ever-growing to-do list, Micro-Internships are a valuable tool. This demo and walkthrough shows how this scalable concept supports organizations and local students and grads.
