Here's how it works:

Post your project: 
It takes less than five minutes - just tell us what you need (here are some ideas), when you need it done, if it's on-site or remote, and how much you want to pay when it's complete.
That's it. There's no negotiations, fees, or obligations.

Select a candidate: 
You'll see the profiles of only those Career Launchers who want to complete your assignment. You can select who you want - we're not going to guess for you (it doesn't work).

The work gets done:
Once you select a Career Launcher, you'll be provided with his or her contact information, and can interact however is best for you (phone, email, webinar...). We'll handle the rest - there's not even any accounting or HR forms as the career launcher is not your employee, intern, or contractor  (we've got it covered).

Hire at will: 
Although there is no expectation of a job or internship, often companies are so amazed that they want to hire the Career Launcher directly. Since we are a mission-driven organization, there are no costs or fees to do so. In fact, we LOVE when this happens!
