Differentiate Internships from Full Time Roles
An internship job ad has some important distinctions from a full-time job listing which you need to be mindful of when preparing to hire. Internship listings should be clear and concise. The listing should prominently display whether the position is paid or not, whether the internship or project can be completed remotely, and the expected duration of the internship or project. The listing does not need to request a certain number of years of experience as most internships require only educational experience. If the internship or project is being used to find potential full time employees, the listing should also include that information.
