Lead Generation

Identify 25 companies/contacts in a defined market that fall under our ideal customer profile. Once identified, provide the company name and contact information for a director-level or above decision maker. Contact information should include: name, position, phone, and verified email. In addition, please include company size and other information that we will define.

Company Summaries

Review 25 existing contracts (to be provided) and summarize key terms. This includes expiration, obligations, renewal, pricing, etc.

Prospect Research

Research and segment lead-gen lists (approximately 100 individuals) based upon past interaction on our website and email engagement. Deliverables include name, company, role, and contact information.

CRM Lead Cleansing

Review data on 20 existing leads (list to be provided at project kickoff) to ensure information quality including current company and role. Provide updated information for those where the information is no longer current (including new company, role, and contact information). In addition, determine the individual who is currently in that role at the company and provide contact information.

LinkedIn Research

Using LinkedIn, conduct sales research on 20 target companies. Provide a list of key contacts with whom to arrange an initial appointment and/or product presentation. Identify any second or third degree connections our company may have.

Strategic Partner Identification

Identify 15 potential strategic partners (influencers, organizations, etc.) you think we should develop a relationship with. Once identified, you will provide specific information based off criteria we will provide (eg core offerings, additional features, team size, etc). Additionally, we would like you to justify why you think each would be a good partner based on value alignment, brand synergy, etc.

Competitor Prospecting

Research 15 companies that use our competitors’ services. Once identified, please provide the contact information for a relevant contact and a brief justification as to why you think their company should switch from the competitor to our service. Highlight potential synergies we have with the company and the pros of using our service. Additionally, identify potential objections they might have to switching providers and suggestions on how to overcome them.

List Crunching

Review the list of corporate attendees at an upcoming conference. Determine the name of the CEO or other executive, contact information for that individual, a brief description of the company's offering (ie market, product, etc.), and recent press highlight that may impact our ability to sell to them.

Micro-Internships are short-term, professional assignments that are similar to those given to recent college grads or interns.
