The University of Central Arkansas Bear Life Micro-Internships are short-term, paid, professional assignments that are similar to those given to new hires or interns, offered by alumni, parents, and employer partners for sophomore Bear Life students.
WHAT: Projects are professional opportunities and require 10 hours of work by the student.
COST: Participating organizations can post 10-hour Micro-Internships for current UCA students at no-cost. Funding is provided by the UCA Bear Life program. Students can each complete one Micro-Internship and organizations can work with multiple students.
TIMELINE: Projects will be posted throughout the 2024-2025 academic year while funding is available.
HOW TO GET STARTED: All opportunities will be posted on and student payment will be processed by our Micro-Internship partner, Parker Dewey.
