What are Micro-Metcalfs?

As part of the Jeff Metcalf Internship Program, Micro-Metcalfs are short-term, paid, professional assignments that are similar to those given to new hires or interns. These projects enable Career Launchers to demonstrate skills, explore career paths, and build their networks as they seek the right full-time role. Micro-Metcalfs take place year-round, are typically due between a few days and a few weeks after selecting a student, and require between 5 and 40 hours of work.

Micro-Metcalfs are facilitated via the Parker Dewey platform, which handles all of the administration and support.
