Research and segment lead generation lists (approximately 100 individuals) based upon past interaction on our website and email engagement. Deliverables include name, company, role, and contact information.

Using LinkedIn, conduct sales research on 20 target companies. Provide a list of key contacts with whom to arrange an initial appointment and/or product presentation. Identify any second or third degree connections our company may have.

Company Summaries

Prepare one-page company summaries on 50 companies in a specific industry we will provide. Each summary should include a description of the company, key product(s), name of founder and /or CEO, public v. private status, valuation, revenue, and headlines from key news stories.

Competitive Analysis

We would like you to research 5 key competitive products in a specific market and outline the details on incentives for consumers to purchase each product. Additionally, you will also provide information on any recent changes to the product and its messaging to consumers.

CRM Lead Cleansing

Review data on 20 existing leads (list to be provided at project kickoff) to ensure information quality including current company and role. Provide updated information for those where the information is no longer current (including new company, role, and contact information). In addition, determine the individual who is currently in that role at the company and provide contact information.

Strategic Partner Identification

Identify 15 potential strategic partners (influencers, organizations, etc.) you think we should develop a relationship with. Once identified, you will provide specific information based off criteria we will provide (eg core offerings, additional features, team size, etc). Additionally, we would like you to justify why you think each would be a good partner based on value alignment, brand synergy, etc.
