How it Works
Let's Solve Water
At Xylem, we're focused on solving global water challenges and helping create the next generation of water and sustainability leaders. The world has the opportunity of a lifetime
Here's how:
Micro-Internships are short-term, professional assignments that are similar to those given to recent college grads or interns. Beyond providing you with immediate support, they also complement Xylem's campus recruiting program and provide alternative pathways to professional roles in our organization.
These remote, flexible, paid projects also enable diverse early-career candidates (including first-generation college students, student-athletes, and even professionals working while completing their degrees) to participate, even when our standard internship doesn't fit into their existing commitments.
