Micro-Internships.
Maximum Impact.

Lewis & Clark students are ready to apply an entrepreneurial mindset to your organization's current project.

The Bates Center for Entrepreneurship and Leadership has partnered with Parker Dewey to engage Lewis & Clark students on Micro-Internships.  These short-term, paid projects allow your organization to get on-demand, professional project support from talented students without having to take on administrative burdens like processing payroll or managing tax forms.

Micro-Internships are also an easy, cost-effective, and proven method for accomplishing recruiting goals, as they allow organizations to engage early career talent in a way that is accessible and appealing to students.

Creating your account takes less than 5 minutes, and there's no cost to set it up or post your project!
Step 2: Post Your Micro-Internship Project
These paid projects can be posted year-round, typically requiring 10-40 hours of work and a specific deliverable.
