Parker Dewey+ provides all data for students who have listed your school in the Education section of their Parker Dewey profile.  If the number of total student signups has decreased it could be due to a variety of factors:

  • Students did not list your school in the Education section of their Parker Dewey profile.  When you received reports directly from Parker Dewey, this included students who used your student email address, but these students are omitted from your Parker Dewey+ data since they did not complete their Parker Dewey account and are not able to view/apply to any Micro-Internships.
  • Student removed your institution from their Parker Dewey profile. This may have occurred if the student is no longer enrolled or is now attending another school.
  • Student deactivated their Parker Dewey account.  Parker Dewey+ only includes data for active users.

If you would like to receive a list of active student users who used your student email address when creating their Parker Dewey account and did not list your institution as a school in their profile, please contact schools@parkerdewey.com

No.  Money earned only includes completed Micro-Internships.  Projects that have not been completed are not included in this total.

If your institution is paying solely for Parker Dewey+ access,  the cost of a Student Ambassador Micro-Intern is included in your subscription.

  • Follow the instructions in this guide to post the Student Ambassador Micro-Internship.
  • List your institution in the “Schools” section when posting the Student Ambassador Micro-Internship to make sure only your students can see it and apply.

If you are receiving Parker Dewey+ access as part of a program funded by your institution, you can allocate a portion of your program’s funding to a Student Ambassador if you wish.

  • Follow the instructions in this guide to post the Student Ambassador Micro-Internship.
  • List your program in the “Affiliations” section when posting the Student Ambassador Micro-Internship to fund this project with your program’s funding.

If you are receiving Parker Dewey+ as part of a program that is not funded by your institution (e.g the DeLuca Micro-Internship Program or the Kansas Micro-Internship Program), your school must fund a Student Ambassador if you wish to have one.

  • Follow the instructions in this guide to post the Student Ambassador Micro-Internship.
  • The point of contact who posted the Micro-Internship will receive an invoice from Parker Dewey for this project when a student is selected.

The suggested cost of a Student Ambassador is $400, $360 of which is paid to your student upon completion of the Micro-Internship.

A.

Paid Parker Dewey+ subscriptions ($2,000/year) include a Student Ambassador Micro-Internship (up to $400).  This is an opportunity for one of your students to gain paid, professional experience to promote Micro-Internships at your institution without adding to your workload.

Follow the instructions here to post the Student-Ambassador Micro-Internship.

If you would like to post another Student Ambassador Micro-Internship, you can do so whenever you wish.  Paid Parker Dewey+ subscribers will receive an invoice for any Student Ambassador Micro-Internships that are posted within the subscription year (after the first Student Ambassador).  This invoice is sent when the student is selected; there is no cost to post the Micro-Internship on Parker Dewey.

If you are a Parker Dewey+ Program Partner, you can post a Student Ambassador Micro-Internship as part of your school's funded program.  This is not included in your program's management fee and will count as an additional funded Micro-Internship allocated to your program.
